Today's guest artist is the noble naval man, Sean Harley. To see more of his work check out his deviantArt page or his kick it over to Indy Planet where you can pick up his full length comic A799.

A few weeks ago I was riding away from one of the saddest film festival panels I’ve ever sat on, most of the audience was in the car with me, when I started musing, for whatever reason, about how sexy hair is when it’s all flowy and shiny and still connected to sexy heads and whatnot. Hair is good stuff. Hot. But then when we find it in our food it’s just about the most disgusting thing ever. And my friend Olivia listened to my whining and said, “Yeah, that’s how I feel about boobs.” And that was hilarious. So I stole it.

I then decided the conversation should take place on the dungeon set from You Can’t Do That On Television because, why not? That shit amuses me. And the magical, munificent Sean Harley sent it back to us more brilliantly than I could have hoped despite the fact that he had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and had never heard of You Can’t Do That On Television. The whole thing reminded me how old I am and that night I drowned my sorrows in a cocktail I created called Jack & Geritol.

Good times.

This is my first post back on The Cutting Room in about six months, and one of maybe three comics I've written in that time. And it’s good to be back. I hope to show my face and my words around here much more often in the coming year. I hope for a lot of things in 2011. I hope for damn near everything. And now I’m gonna go get it.

And to all my lovely Cutting Room babies, Happy New Year. I love you all.
