I don’t know how much to say here. We live in such a divided world. People’s beliefs seem so inflexible that even the most logical or heartfelt arguments lead only to further entrenchment in the opposition. I mean the world faces a whole hell of a lot of problems, and I just can’t see how denying equal rights is going to lead to the solution of any of them.

I’m going to let a nineteen-year-old make my point for me.

Thanks for sharing that video. I absolutely agree. It is something that is blindingly obvious, but usually ignored or dismissed.
