HAPPY FUCKING NEW YEAR!
For some genuinely beautiful pontification on the new decade, check out E's blog. I've got more important stuff to talk about. More important than a new decade? Indeed, sir. Indeed.

Today's a big day as we've got a guest strip written and drawn by Steve of Less Than Three fame. If you're not checking out his strip, you should. I've been a fan of his for some time now, so him doing a strip for us is kind of like James Earl Jones reading one of our posts aloud, or Chuck Palahniuk writing one. The out-of-the-ordinary is so very extraordinary that it makes the ordinary look pretty damn… well… ordinary.

No one's ever come to The Cutting Room for the art, so we're doing our best to change it up. And since neither of us can really draw, we're inviting you to do it. Like most men, we're not looking for commitment. If you want to do one strip or a dozen, we're open to options--just so long as it can be an open relationship, i.e. we can get our groove on with other artists, and you can shack up with other writers or continue your own webcomic. If interested, please send links to your art samples to

cuttingroom@207pictures.com. If we collaborate, we'll pimp the hell out of you in our posts and send traffic to your site.

Check back on Thursday as we return to our regular schedule with our second guess artist.

You want to be a part of this, don't you?
C
