I quite seriously don't know a finer human being than today's guest artist, Ms. Olivia "Poops" Bergman.  She is an avatar of all that is right and resplendent in this world and her face is made almost entirely of poop.

And yet she remains lovely as hell.  She makes that poop work.

When I first conceived of The Cutting Room, long before C resurrected the damn thing, I worked so closely with Ms. Bergman that when we posted the Punisher strip a few days ago there was some confusion as to who actually drew it.  It turns out I probably did, but did so working off of her designs which she had built working off of mine.

Reading that last sentence I can't imagine where the confusion came in to play.

Our collaboration on webcomicy stuff produced only one strip, that which you see above these words.  Our collaboration on keeping me alive and relatively sane has gone on daily for nearly a decade, now and, I hope, continues in perpetuum.  And when I say "collaboration," mind you, I mean she runs herself bone-ragged keeping me alive and I, sometimes grudgingly, live on.

I have no clue what I would do with myself without Olivia and my greatest fear is that I may someday have to find out.
