I'm proud to say it's Justus Week here at The Cutting Room. Nick Justus, our bad ass guest artist, cordially agreed to two guest strips. First we've got the above true story about why I quit a certain movie rental institution--when I say "institution" I mean it in the insane asylum sense. And on Thursday we have the mostly true story about when E built a time travel machine. Yeah, so make sure you check back for that, and in the meantime, I highly highly highly recommend you check out his new webcomic project, Dick Fistus, featuring Jesus E. Lee. Oh, the hilarity! Just so you know, Nick "Supreme Court" Justus attended Virginia Commonwealth University (Go Rams!) where he majored in illustration and minored in pre-law, but he dropped out (Screw you, Rams!) and currently attends the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon & Graphic Art in Dover. Nick "The Lucious" Justus is well on his way to penciling and inking mainstream comics, but in the meantime is kicking it with his creator owned work.

Yes. This is Justus Week. If it were Justice Week, there would have been a fourth panel to today's strip in which the employees die from lack of oxygen because they were too busy yammering and forgot to breathe, and then the devil uses their spines as ladders to pick apples in the orchards of hell.

Wow, that took a sudden turn towards darkness. I'm glad it's Justus and not just us.
